The aerial photographs of City Hall are by Frank Branger for the Historic American Buildings Survey, HABS TX-3325, undated but taken after the building opened in 1978. They come from the survey's record at the Library of Congress, which lists no known copyright restrictions. Council portraits are the city's own official photographs.
